A whole festival inside one address.
Fosforo.me is the portal of Fosforo — the science festival of Senigallia: on one side the visitor looking up the time of a show, on the other the control room holding speakers, schools, stands and travel together. One database, two very different worlds.
The problem
A four‑day science festival is an organisation made of details: dozens of events across six venues, guests arriving by train from half of Europe, school classes booking months ahead, stands to assign, meals to count, badges to print.
All of that usually lives in a dozen spreadsheets nobody can keep in sync any more — and in a website that has never seen those spreadsheets. Fosforo.me is the successful attempt to make it one thing.
For the people who come
The programme
Every event by day, venue and category: workshops, talks, exhibitions, shows. With pages for the six main venues and directions to reach them.
QR‑code booking
You book a seat leaving only an email, a QR code arrives to show at the door, and the staff read it with a phone camera. Nothing to download, on either side.
Six languages
Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Arabic. Not machine translation pasted on top: each language has its own address, its own metadata and its own place in the sitemap.
Getting there and parking
Train, car, plane, the venue map and the parking page. The questions visitors actually ask, answered once.
Frequently asked questions
Managed from the panel, published on the site and also served as structured data: when someone asks an AI assistant what time the festival opens, the answer comes from the right source.
It installs on the phone
It is an installable web app: during the four days it lives on the Home screen like any other app, and the programme stays readable even where the network is saturated.

The half the public never sees is the one that decides whether an edition runs smoothly. A single panel, with the right permissions for each role.
- Guests — every speaker fills in their own record: details, talk, travel, dietary needs. With a completion bar reminding them what is missing, instead of a chasing email.
